# User generated content: The idea of an online community where all employee innovations are put together creates user generated content adaptations. Although this is done by ‘amateurs’ (or at least people that do not work for the company or maybe even not in the same type of industry), these people do it because they love to do it. They do it for the love, not for the money. Most of the people that do this don’t have to worry about money; in their normal jobs they get paid enough to get the subject of money of the table.

# Be your own user. Let the hotel employees use the soft launched innovation so that they can actually experience the flaws and positive aspects. When coming up with a guest related innovation, it is important to also view this from the side of the actual guests. By putting yourself in the position of the guest, you are able to determine the flaws in the project. This can be done by, shortly after the test implementation, having an employee stay in the hotel and experience this innovation. After this experience, his will be able to describe what went wrong and what he liked. (in order to remain unbias, it might be smart to hire an outsourced  ‘guests’ who has a vague idea of the innovation, to experience it).
